In Florida there are more than 700 hot water springs. From exploring some of these, different experiences have been gained. The clearness of Rainbow Spring contrasts with Ginnie Spring where the decomposing Tannin makes the water a worrying red colour. The slow water current brings curious fish to the surface and the encounter with the Lamantin of the Cristal River is very emotional.

How do fish enjoy themselves? I tried to imagine it myself, thinking about what could make them happy and this is the result.

This series of photos with background music shows the images taken from around the world: Indonesia, the Philippines, Papa New Guinea, the Red Sea, the Galapagos islands and Florida. The underlying theme that pulls all these images together is the memory of the emotions experienced.

In the invertebrate marine world, sea slugs (nudibranchs) and flat worms are characterised by their unique shapes and bright colours. Even though there is no biological link between the two species, they have been brought together here to appreciate their beauty.
